All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, NIMANY reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged. Orders are processed every wednesdays and Fridays, excluding holidays. So your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Tracking number is generated for each purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost we will refund the purchase. If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered and for any reason the buyer has not receive it, the buyer need to contact the post office. After the tracking number indicates that the tshirts has been delivered to the address given we are no longer responsible for it's loss.
