  • List of MBA & Graduate programs you are considering

What you can expect back:

Comprehensive package:

Be it your first application or a reapplication, a comprehensive school package is the ideal choice so we can give you input on all the facets of an application to give you the best chance of success.  All comprehensive packages include application strategy, resume review, essay reviews, recommendation review and interview prep.

Application Strategy

Help you select programs that align well with your career aspirations and personal and professional experience. These will be broken down into stretch, fit and safety schools. This is followed by a high level assessment of your application strategy to the selected MBA programs. We provide you with detailed background information on each school's program and help you tailor your application.  Additionally, we help chalk out an application submission schedule on which schools to apply to in which round.

Essay Review

Thorough discussions follow for each of the essay questions where we help you develop a framework to not only leverage your experiences, but also give you valuable insights into the program to tailor your essays ever so slightly.  We will then review your draft essays and provide detailed written and verbal feedback.

Interview Prep
Resume Review

We start the process with your resume and make sure it is drafted with an AdCom member in mind as opposed to a resume you might use for a job interview. As part of our process, every client has an informational interview with a practicing professional in their career of choice to aid with the development and fine-tuning of career goals

Recommendation Review

We will not draft or write your LORs for you. However, we will guide you with what is expected, aspects of your profile that need to be highlighted, whom to pick for your recommendations and how best to leverage chosen recommenders. Finally, a consultant not conversant with your application does a comprehensive review and provides an oral and written critique.  With this done, the lead consultant helps with the finishing touches ahead of the school deadline.

This is your chance to practice and fine-tune your interviewing skills with an ex-AdCom / Alumni interviewer.  We will coach you on the STAR methodology widely employed in B-schools for maximum impact. After this, it is time to keep our fingers crossed and wait to pop the Champagne!

Professional Resume:

The resume is a vital part of your application.  To begin with, resume formats vary dramatically between India and the US (and the rest of the world) and we will be readily able to guide you on acceptable formats and content.  The resume is the one part of the application that an admissions committee member can glance at to get a quick understanding of who you are. We will start with a copy of your current resume and give you input to:

  • Portray your experiences in the correct light.

  • Advise on content and ensuring that each bullet adds to the overall story. Remove grammatical and stylistic errors.

  • We use the STAR format conveying your involvement and achievements. As an added bonus, you will find this very handy come interview time.

Waitlist Candidate Service:

Different schools follow different procedures, but generally speaking waitlist candidates remain on the waitlist for at least 1 additional decision round.  Schools in general do not provide feedback to waitlist candidates and applicants are asked to send updated materials only if there have been material developments since the initial application.

We will work with you to review your entire application package and leverage our unique insights about the program in question to identify potential reasons for you being placed on the waitlist.  Armed with this information, we will help you develop a plan of action to address suspected gaps.  This will in turn provide the most appropriate updates to your original application and we will help you craft a letter to the AdCom to address gaps, strengthen your candidacy and reinforce your interest in the program.

Non-MBA Graduate Programs:

While the majority of our clients apply for full-time MBA programs, we also have extensive experience supporting candidates for part-time MBA programs and other Business Master's degree programs (e.g. specific concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics etc).

Please specify this in the contact form requesting for information and we'll get back to you with specifics on how we can support your needs.
